I Am A 21year Old Woman .i Usually Have Heavy

i am a 21year old woman .i usually have heavy bleeding during my periods .however i havnt had periods in the last two and a galf months .i am not pregnant as im not active at all in my sex life .is it because i have heavy bleeding during the other months tgat iam missing my periods ?
