I Am A 23 Year Old Female From Ethiopia. I

i am a 23 year old female from Ethiopia. i live in a cold environment my hands and my feet are always cold all the time even in sunny days . people tell me that my hands are freezing when ever they shake my hands. my right hand is always more cold than my left one. my feets are always freezing specially at the night. i have no symptoms of hypothyroidism and my hemoglobin is 14 gm/dl. i feel cold when ever the temperature drops a little.
