I Am A 25 Year Old Female Who Stopped Taking

i am a 25 year old female who stopped taking the depo birth control shot in February. I am experiencing pain in my knees to my upper thighs. It is difficult to bend my knees or stand for long periods of time. I am also in pain when i sit down and sometimes the pain is really severe. what should I do?
