I Am A 27 Year Old Male. I Have A

i am a 27 year old male. i have a lump on the right side of neck just above shoulder that is causing me severe pain and also the right side of my neck is extremely tender to the touch.. i can feel it in my ear now and its causing my eye to twitch and have a headache that comes and goes every few minutes. i get extrememely dizzy and anxious when my neck is hurting me. and if i touch my neck i get very dizzy. can you help me figure out the cause of this neck pain??
