I Am A 34 Male I Have Large Holes Filled

i am a 34 male i have large holes filled with deep black gunk in them on only my inner upper thighs inside....i squeeze them and the black stuff comes right out...but i have had this problem for almost 20 ywars now...its so embarrassing...it leaves deep holes on my upper inner thighs...help!!!!
