I Am A 42 Year Old Female. I Recently Started

i am a 42 year old female. I recently started feeling a bubbling feeling and gurgling sound at the very end of urination. It does not happen every time that i urinate but it does occur at least twice a day. Today i started feeling a slight bit of pressure in the vaginal area when i sit down. I also noticed that when the bubbling sensation occurs, if i relaxed and tight my bladder, the bubbling sound will start and stop. This is very strange and I have never experienced anything like this. Any idea of what this could be.? I will be meeting with my gynocologist in two weeks, but i wondered if i should try and see a physician sooner.
