I Am A 44 Year Old Female W/4 Children Ages

i am a 44 year old female w/4 children ages 16,17,18 &22.
i had a hystrecomy in 2001(still have ovaries..
not very sexual active..had intercourse last night for the first time in almost 2 years..
im cold , then hot especially @ night more so.. restless as well...
since intercourse last night...its all that i want know..stay thirsty..diabetes type 11..very well controlled. this raises a greater question for the both of us...any recommendations. also, i ovulate at least 8-12 times...
