I Am A 46 Year Old Male Had A Basic

i am a 46 year old male had a basic metabolic panel ran. nurse called and said all my numbers were good. i asked for a copy and saw that my calcium was at 10.8. this has never happeded before. should i be concerned or wait for my next 6 month checkup. i have no other health issues. ive been overweight but have been losing weight on a ketogenic diet.
