I Am A 55 Yrs Old Heart Patient With Two

i am a 55 yrs old heart patient with two stents after two seperate heart attacks....it's been almost four years since i had my last heart attack....i've been on both ecosprin 150 and plavix as 75 and i am regular on ecosprin but not on plavix....is it ok......i am not able to quit smoking still after many attempts......thx doc
