I Am A 60 Year Old Executive, Today During A

i am a 60 year old executive, today during a conversation i became unable to focus my vision. I lasted for about 30 seconds then I was OK. Two days ago, I was having trouble verbalizing words and/or remembering easy words. This lasted for about 30 minutes. I've been working a lot, under a good deal of stress.
