I Am A 62 Yeear Old Female W/relapsing Remitting Ms

i am a 62 yeear old female w/relapsing remitting ms uring the last month to month and a half I was treated with high dose antibiotics due to contracting a C diff infection. As a result I developed a bad case of adult thrush. Currently, my tongue and the inside of my cheecks are incredibly sore and raw in a couple places. I contend w/dry mouth due to the pain medication and muscle relaxer i take. Would a warm salt water rinse be beneficial? I would also appreciate any suggestions to help deal w/this issue. Thank you
