I Am A Boy, I Have Vocal Problem To Speak.

i am a boy, i have vocal problem to speak. when i speak i listen ok my vocal tone, but when another person listen, they say ur voice is comming a big base tone. i have a accident on year 2000, on hospital they have operate my neck to remove my coughf, is it reason of that operation. pls help me
