I Am A Cna Have Been Since 1994 About A

i am a cna have been since 1994 about a month ago i hurt my back making a bed ??? they said it was a lumbar strain but i still hurt and the back of my leg feels like it has a huge charlie horse all the way down and my foot is numb i also have muscle spasms in both legs and in my butt that stop me in my tracks when will this go away i have had muscle strains in my back before never like this
