I Am A Computer User To The Core. I Read

i am a computer user to the core. i read ebooks and infact 80 percent of my work is done with the computer. i noticed i can see words in small font sizes and words close is blur. and if i try to read small words, my eyes become painful. also, i snize alot and that results tom itchy nostrils and eyes. what do i do
