I Am A Male 23 . Have Been Having Problem

i am a male 23 . have been having problem with my throat for the last 4,5 years .when ever i eat a oil cooked food from outside my home i get severely sick. Now when i see ent he says your right nose is bend .very little space on right to breath..but when allergy arises your nasal swallow and block both noses from breathing and you take breath from mouth..nasal discharge came from throat and your throat from right side is effected severely because of this...i have toncil on my right side of throad and i feel pain in it when swallow. I have also headache on both sides of uper head some says because of nasal blockage some says because of tension specially after evening..but luckly doctor said your right nasal is deviated but there is little path when not swallowed from right nasal.. Dear You have any remedy except operations?.. I would highly apreciate your response
