I Am A Thyroid Patient Want To Concieve.. Bt Due

i am a thyroid patient want to concieve.. bt due to irregular menses not able to concieve.. from last 3mnths i hav'nt got my menses and pregnency also seems to be negative.. so have started using primolut n from last two days.. and even had unprotected sex.. have a lump also in my right breast due to late menses.. what should i do please help.
