I Am A Type 2 Diabetic And Was Given Brucern,

i am a type 2 Diabetic and was given Brucern, from Mexico and i need to know if it is alright for me to take it? The pill one a day has helped me keep my sugar levels low along with my Novolog pen but i lost a Kidney to cancer 4 years ago and i do not need to hurt the good Kidney i have left. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
