I Am About Ten Weeks And I Started Spotting Brown

i am about ten weeks and i started spotting brown discharge, but in the middle of the night two nights ago it was heavy when i wiped and went back to nothing but then i kept going every 2 to 3 hours and it was still present, sometimes globby and sometimes thin but brown, i read everything i can on here, related it and unrelated it, cannot get an ultrasound until 4 days away with appointment, the dr started me on monitation up at the hospital which i will arrange monday, and my ankles swollen up overnight after i went t all you can eat and had prawns galore, i did a urine test at gp and he said no blood in my urine which means baby ok, am i just worrying over nothing?
