I Am Aged 25.from Last One Year My Nose Bleeding

i am aged 25.from last one year my nose bleeding once or twice in a month.3 months before m using an ointment inside my nose but bleeding conditions are same.i used antibiotics like cefaclor or vitamin k but it does not work.but yesterday night i had too much bleeding first time while i was taking my dinner i am very afraid i got cotton piece in my nose after some time it stopped but it started after 1 hour and again stopped So Please suggest me what should i do?
