I Am Always On Time With My Period But I

i am always on time with my period but i was 43 days into my cycle when i finally started, i did get a positive pregnancy test but then started bleeding heavy flow of red with few clots anyways i went to the bathroom earlier and seen a tiny white worm moving around on my pad. whats going on
