I Am At Jabalpur. Tobacco Chewer Since Last 17 Yars

i am at jabalpur. Tobacco chewer since last 17 yars .i am having whitish spots on left tonsillar pillars. These appeared suddenly within 2-3 days ( 07 march to 09 mar).5 ENT specialists (2 from nagpur & 3 from jabalpur) opined no abnormality,mostly saying a Cyst or fibrotic tonsil. Antibiotics did not help. While out of three,one oncologists observed it as leukoplaqia , others observed a nodule all advising regular check up.I am confused, to whom should i believe, an ent or onco? larger spot is size of 1mmx2 mm has not changed significantly.
