I Am Currently Taking Levothyroxine 50mcg Every Other Day And

i am currently taking Levothyroxine 50mcg every other day and 75mcg every other day. have recently been prescribed Alenoronate 70mg for Osteopenia. both medications advise to take 1st thing in the am before other meds and food. which med do you recommend I take first on the one day a week I take Alendronate?
