I Am Currently Taking Glpizide 10 Mg And 1.8mg Victoza

i am currently taking glpizide 10 mg and 1.8mg victoza in am. I have been on this combination for a month and my blood sugars are rarely below 230 in the am. I started off with victoza 0.6mg in 1 week went to 1.2mg and just last week started 1.8mg of victoza. Before victoza i was taking januvia, metformin and glipizide, My HBa1c went up to 10 but came down to 9.6 from Sept. to Jan, which is when they changed me to victoza and the glipzide. I don't see any move in my blood sugars on this regime, Should I be more patient.
