I Am Currently Taking Tramadol And Have Been For Several

i am currently taking tramadol and have been for several years. i take it as little as possable. have in the past been taking only when i experince alot of pain. movement seems to work the best. lately i have been needing it more often. my priscription is 50mg 1-2 tabs as needed. i always need to take 2 tabs and is starting not to work as well. im very scard to go up antmore. what should i do?
