I Am Diabetic Since 25 Years, I Am Taking Glucovence

i am diabetic since 25 years, I am taking glucovence 5/500 two in the morning and two at night and trivia 50mg one at day time, my morning sugar between 120 to 160, I do exercise walking jogging, I am 60 years old, I do eat vegetable and fruits, I do pushups, health is good, but cannot control sugar, what is the best medicine please advise me, no insulin please, thanks.
