I Am Dizzy When Sat Down Or Lay In Bed

i am dizzy when sat down or lay in bed the dizzy spells last seconds. I suffer sinus problem and tintinus in left ear which is cave like as the right ear is pea holed. My nose has no bridge and one large one pin like nostril at top. Doctor put me on heart blood pills called Cavinton. I think this not right.
