I Am Eating Dosik 1.5mg And Rivotril(clonazepam) Over The Years

i am eating dosik 1.5mg and Rivotril(clonazepam) over the years almost 3 years.
I had severe depression attack and sleep problem . now i got used to these medicine . i can not sleep well without these medicine . should i continue using these medicine . do they have side effects over using for long period. what should i do ...please suggest some solution.
