I Am Experiencing Extreme Pain When I Squeeze My Wrist

i am experiencing extreme pain when i squeeze my wrist and try rotating it. i wake up and my outer wrist and arm bone click and feel like they're slightly dislocating. that stops after 30 minutes, but the lack of full range of wrist rotation and very sharp pain when i try continues all day. this has been for almost a month
