I Am Facing Bloated Stomach Problem Due To Excessive Masturbation.

i am facing bloated stomach problem due to excessive masturbation. firstly i didnt knew main reason of blotted stomach i.e i was taking digiplex as its medication. now swelling is better but still having minor pain in right side of my lower stomach whenever i do some exercise and running. i am tensed because of this plz tell me some remedy !!
