I Am Facing Headic Problem Since 4year And This Pain

i am facing headic problem since 4year and this pain is like sombody come and hit "dhan dhan" i am taking the tablet regularly valance od 250 some says that pain is sread one person to another is it right? i dont have that capacity to control that pain what i do sir?whats my problem?
