I Am Feeling Very Faint. Awoke This Am , Upon

i am feeling very faint. Awoke this am , upon getting out of bed very dizzy checked blood sugar was 164 took a metformin took dogs to do business went back to bed, feeling as if i would go down. can't bend or turn without feeling weak. as i am tping when look away feel faint again, lay in bed feel faint, ate thought id b ok but its back ????
