I Am Going To Complete 32 Weeks Of Pregnancy.on My

i am going to complete 32 weeks of pregnancy.on my 27 th week ultrasound scan was showing a breech presented healthy(weight of 982gms -/+10 % )and on my 31 weeks, on a visit my doctor found still its breech by palpation and auscultation of FHS.And as started the 32 nd week I got sick like unable to sleep more than 2 hs a day,defficult to turn position on bed.not comfortable to sleep in any other position except sitting,also painful fetal movements.but yesterday after night duty( i am a PICU nurse) I slept well and also I feel good and I am again comfortable in all positions and feels normal fetal movements,Is it possible my baby has changed to cephalic presentation?I am not a heavy lady.I gained around 2.5 kg from baseline(51 kg) at my 27 weeks.my height is only 148 cm.Can I have a normal vaginal delivery?
