I Am Having 3years Old Baby Girl Having Primary Microcephaly..nt

i am having 3years old baby girl having primary microcephaly..nt be able to speak properly and hving hyper activity problem also.cnt sit in anyplace even in 1 min and concentrate level also too much flactuating ..so is der any chance to cure her?she is in nursery class nw..hving iq 90% but due to attention problem cnt take any study,,,n writing also nt proper.
