I Am Having A Follicular Study . Here After Day

i am having a follicular study . Here after day 13 one follicle of left ovary was 14mm and another follicle in right ovary was 13mm. but on day 15 follicle of left ovary size diminished from 14mm to 12mm and right ovary was still 13mm. I am having regular cycle and it varies from 25-28 days every month. will i be able to conceive with the above results? we are trying naturally without any medication
