I Am Having A Hard Time Breathing It Started In

i am having a hard time breathing it started in the middle of the night i have pain in the middle right side of my back it was so bad i felt like vomiting took a few advils last night but didnt really sleep it sorta of subsided during the day now im having trouble breathing again i can only take short breaths and hard to move
