I Am Having A Lot Of Pain In The Right

i am having a lot of pain in the right of my upper shoulder. in the front not the back. ive had damage to the shoulder before it used to dislocate a lot. then they took out a 1.5 inch bone spur and that cause some damage. this discomfort is different and very painfull
