I Am Having A Swelling Between My Buttocks Before It

i am having a swelling between my buttocks
before it was a lump..
i had the same thing and i used salt and hot fermentation and it went off
but this time its larger and swelling is more with pain
i want a sudden relief from pain and swelling
please help me...
