I Am Having Alot Of Pain I Got To The

i am having alot of pain i got to the point where i could not urinate after going to several doctors keep in mind i also had a very serious back surgery a couple of years earlier at first they could not figure it out so i have suffered alot and still do no one can tell me how they got there a doctor seen one staple in my bladder when he did surgery he found 3 more please can you tell me how staples got on inside of my bladder please
