I Am Having Head Ache On Left Side With Left

i am having head ache on left side with left side eye pain..it like 6 months this is going on..but it is less compared to first two months.i feel like mucus is filled inside some times .and i am suffering from other issues like i get irritated like my heart beat rises and i will be confused like a panic attack .with these pain i have pain in the neck and shoulder joining points .i am looking for a help .and i am 24.
