I Am Having Ovarian Chocolate Cyst With Septicisation With Size

i am having ovarian chocolate cyst with septicisation with size 52 to 54. doctor told me that he will remove my left ovary as i have one son and no more wish to have child. doctor told me to wait till menstruation and then will do the surgery. he prescribed endoreg, ovin d3 60khowever there was very little bleeding during my mense cycle on 2nd of this month and surgery could not be done as doctor is out of station. In the meanwhile since last 5 days i having continuous bleeding and whole body pain and weakness and headswing. I having Hb -ve disorder i.e. iron deficiency as well. Now doctor over phone advised me to take trenaxa mf 3 times a day for 5 days. please advise what do now.
