I Am Having Pain Behind My Left Breast And Beside

i am having pain behind my left breast and beside it and underneath it, it has been hurting for 2 weeks, I just recovered from bronchitis, the pain is intense when I deep breath, cough or frankly just move, I went to med express last sunday and he said he thought I had pleurisy, and gave me an antibiotic and ibuprofen 600 mg, if I take the ibuprofen it does help, he gave me azithromycin. The pain seems to be getting worse, I'm not sure what to do since Thanksgiving day I have been to dr 4 times, it started as a URI then bronchitis and now more than a month later this.
