I Am Having Pain In Middle Of My Chest,somtimes Under

i am having pain in middle of my chest,somtimes under my left and right breast. Had ultrasound, xray, ekg,endoscopy, all negative.Recent Hida scan (still waiting for the result) I am concern that this could be cancer related..Had CBC panel done and all the usual blood work done for my physical. Is there any further testing that needs to be done to rule out cancer.
