I Am Having Pain In My Left Arm Between My

i am having pain in my left arm between my shoulder and elbow...i don't know if it's in the muscle or the bone....i just know it hurts and is painful....trying to figure out if it's arthritis or what...interestingly it is not affecting my right arm...
