I Am Having Pain In My Legs Mainly My Right

i am having pain in my legs mainly my right leg. it seemed to start in my lower back,ive tried a bunch of otc pain med like lidocaine, and theraworx but it helps only for a few minutes.is there anything i can take that you know of that might help with the pain?
