I Am Having Pain In My Upper Front Thigh On

i am having pain in my upper front thigh on my left leg. not sure if its muscle pain or not. i have not sustained an injury in any way. my fingers and hands go to sleep left side. i have carpal tunnel both sides but mainly left side. i have scoliosis...also believe i may have ms or fibromyalgia. i was born with klippel-feil syndrome.
