I Am Having Pain In The Front Of My Hip

i am having pain in the front of my hip (beltline-r side) and above the knee.i have diffulculty bending at the waist picking stuff up off the floor or from a squating position.also having weakness on the right side when standing up. i work in corrections and have worn a dutybelt for many years. is there any connection.
