I Am Having Pretty Sever Lower Right Quadrant Pain. VERY

i am having pretty sever lower right quadrant pain. VERY similar to when i had my appendix removed while in Bosnia. in the Army 15 years ago. the symptoms and radiating pain are very similar. seems to get worse as eating or drinking. standing is hard. reclining backwards in a chair eases a lot of the pain. pain seems to grow, or ( pulse ) going from steady pain 3/10 to a max pain that is closer to a 9/10.
any ideas?
