I Am Having Recently Replaced White Heads From My Facial

i am having recently replaced white heads from my facial skin surrounding the eyes area a(three weeks back) but now its blackish remark and spot visible on my face which seen very conscious. so kindly suggest how much time it takes for recover and also which thing should take as a precaution action.
