I Am Having Severe Menstrual Cramps And It Feels Like

i am having severe menstrual cramps and it feels like a very tight pain, i am having sharp pains while inserting and taking out tampons. when i was off my period i also had very bad cramps. i am also feeling very nauseous and having lower back pain. what do you recommend i do because ibprophen doesn't help.
