I Am Having Wet Dreams Since Last 8months, Initially I

i am having wet dreams since last 8months, initially I didn't took it seriously, but now my experience shows that having wet dreams is not normal I am feeling weakness, my face has lost all shining, no matter what I eat I am unable become healthy. Plz guide me because I think I am in trouble and really need solution of problem.
